What the checks tell me
Separating a working interface from a useful product.
On Então? Comer!, automated checks helped me find quiz combinations that returned no places. A mobile layout review revealed a main action below the visible screen. Both were specific problems I could fix.
Neither check tells me whether someone will enjoy the recommendation, trust the guide or use it again.
I keep that distinction in the case study. The behaviour I have tested is described as tested behaviour. Questions about confidence, usefulness and satisfaction remain open until I can observe people using the product.
For the next round of research, I want to follow the whole decision: the kind of evening a person has in mind, what they change in the recommendations, and whether they leave with a place they would visit.
